The fact that they hit the balloon is not skill but only sheer luck but don't get me wrong it is very cool but ultra is just so inaccurate after about 20 feet and is inaccurate right out of the barrel of an ultra flywheel blaster so it's purely just luck when it comes to Nerf ultra
